Before I start with the introduction,
I would like to express my gratitude towards my friends, lecturers and most importantly, Iconic Properties for helping,guiding and providing me with useful informations to kick start this project.
For
both Project 5a & 5b,
each student need to choose one of these 6
neighbourhood areas from the list below:

For me,I've chosen Siara 81.
After that,I've made a self-visit with some of my coursemates to the chosen area to observe and gather
relevant information about the components or elements of the neighbourhood area.
The results from the observation and the collected information then were analyzed and presented graphically in Project 5a and 5b.

So this is Siara 81 which strategically located at Changkat Sungai Ara 19 & 20.
(It's a newly developed are,so you will not be able to find it throguh Google Map nor The JUPAM).
It has 3 rows of terrace house (75 units) and 1 row of Semi-D (6 units)
It provides privacy and at the same time,
access to shopping complex,school, surau and etc.
Therefore
,the sound source is quite little except those from the nearby construction side.
The occupants will be able to receive maximum comfort as the houses are facing north/south.
Besides cool air will be flow from the secondary forest nearby to the houses.
The neighbourhood has facilities like Playground, other religion area, TNB, retention pond and BOMBA.
Project 5b:
These are the amendments I wish to be added into the neighbourhood:
Cyclist pathway, beautify the playground, food stalls, more greenery around the retention pond, street light at the back lane and last but not least,
change the location of the main entrance.
